① Order Made · Edition 모든 주문 제작 제품은 금속 옵션, 사이즈, 각인 등 세부 옵션에 따라 개별 제작됩니다. 제작 과정에 들어간 이후 고객의 단순 변심에 의한 주문 취소 및 환불은 어렵습니다. (일부 제품에 한하여 추가 비용 결제 후 사이즈 수선만 가능합니다. 수선은 1회에 한하여 제품의 기존 형태를 훼손하지 않는 선에서 가능합니다. 사이즈 조절이 불가한 디자인의 경우, 새 제품 교환 및 수리 모두 불가합니다.)

② In Stock · Edition 일부 사이즈에 한해 제작되어 당일 발송됩니다. 재고 소진 후에는 주문 제작으로 전환되어 제작 기간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 부주의에 의한 파손, 긁힘 등 고객 과실로 인한 수리는 수선비가 발생하며 교환/반품 대상이 아닙니다.

③ 일반 사항 제품을 착용하기 전에 제공된 취급 주의사항을 확인해 주세요. 구매일로부터 1년 이내에 제품 자체의 결함으로 인한 파손이 발생할 경우 무상 수리를 제공합니다. 소비자 과실로 인한 파손은 보증 기간과 상관없이 유상으로 진행됩니다. 도금 제품이나 변색이 진행된 제품, 세팅된 원석의 깨짐 등은 유상 수리에 해당합니다. 금속이나 천연 소재(원석, 가죽, 우드 등)의 특성상 미세한 흠집이 있을 수 있으며, 이는 불량 사유가 되지 않습니다. 수작업 제작 공정상 다음과 같은 자연스러운 현상이 있을 수 있습니다.

(1) 작업 중, 금속 표면을 깎아 들이거나 구부리는 과정에서 생기는 미세한 긁힘 및 찍힘 현상
(2) 은땜 시 열을 가하면서 생기는 기포(기포 자국)
(3) 도구가 닿지 않는 좁은 면이나 곡선의 미세한 자국
(4) 유화 처리 및 광택 작업 시 색상의 미세한 차이
(5) 동일한 디자인의 제품 내에서도 미세하게 다른 형태의 차이

Warranty & Conditions

① Order Made · Edition Each order-made piece is individually produced according to the selected metal composition, size, engraving, and other custom option choices. Once production has begun or the piece has been completed, cancellations or refunds due to change of mind cannot be accepted. For certain ring designs, a size adjustment may be available at an extra cost, provided the structure of the piece allows modification without damage. Size adjustment is limited to one time only within approximately ± 1 size and will be carried out by resizing the original piece rather than replacing it with a new product. The availability of resizing may vary depending on the design and structural characteristics of the jewellery.

② In Stock · Edition This category includes pieces that are not dependent on size selection. These items are produced in limited quantities. If stock is depleted, additional production time may be required. Changes to design or dimensions beyond the available options are not possible. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, pieces showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

③ General Conditions Please review the product characteristics and handling guidelines provided with the product before use. If a manufacturing defect or functional issue is identified within one year from the date of purchase, complimentary repair will be provided as a priority. If repair is not possible, the product may be replaced or refunded. Damage resulting from normal use may be subject to paid repair regardless of the warranty period. Products showing signs of misuse or those exceeding the warranty period may not be eligible for repair. (Plated rings, oxidation caused by individual, scratches) are not the responsibility of the brand. Due to the nature of metals and natural materials (including leather, wood, gemstones, and fabric), slight variations may occur from piece to piece. As each item is produced through handcraft processes rather than industrial manufacturing, the following characteristics may naturally occur and are not considered defects:

(1) Slight scratches or indentations created during metal planing or shaping, bending wires, and lines
(2) Small air bubbles or surface pits formed during the casting process
(3) Minor tool marks in areas difficult to reach during finishing
(4) Residual polishing compound or dark oxidation marks in recessed areas
(5) Subtle differences in shape or surface detail between pieces of the same design
