제작 기간은 제품에 따라 상이하며 주문과 동시에 제작이 진행됩니다.

① Order Made · Edition : 약 4–12주  

② In Stock · Edition : 재고 보유 시 2–7일 내 출고, 재고 소진 시 약 2–4주의 제작 기간이 소요됩니다.

원석 수급, 공정 추가 등으로 작업 기간이 변동될 수 있습니다. 

기본 배송은 택배로 출고되며 기타 방법(퀵, 직접 방문 등)의 경우 사전 온라인 문의를 부탁드립니다. 상품 수령 시 연락이 닿지 않거나 문의 및 사전 정보 전달 없이 배송지가 변경된 경우 배송에 혼선이 생길 수 있습니다. 고가의 제품이다 보니 직접 수령을 권장드리며, 고객의 요청에 의해 사전에 문 앞 보관 등의 배송은 가능하나 배송 완료 이후 유실에 대한 책임은 지지 않습니다.

Production schedules may vary depending on gemstone sourcing, additional processes, or workshop conditions. Standard delivery is carried out via courier service. Alternative delivery methods such as local courier or in-person pickup may be arranged through prior online inquiry. If delivery cannot be completed due to inability to contact the recipient or if the delivery address is changed without prior notice, delays or delivery issues may occur. As many pieces are of high value, direct receipt of the package is strongly recommended. Delivery instructions such as leaving the package at the door may be accepted upon request, however the brand cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage after delivery has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

① Order Made · Edition

주문 제작 제품의 경우 결제 완료일로부터 1일 이내, 제작이 시작되지 않은 경우에 한해 위약금 없이 변경 및 취소가 가능합니다.

당사가 제작에 착수하기 전까지는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조에 따라 청약철회(취소)가 가능하며, 이미 납부한 금액은 전액 환불됩니다. 동 법률 제17조 제2항 제5호에 따라 개별 제작 착수 이후에는 청약철회가 제한됩니다. 제작 진행 이후 철회 요청 시 이미 발생한 원자재 비용, 가공 비용 등 실제 발생 비용을 공제한 후 환불되며, 환불 금액은 소비자 결제 금액을 기준으로 산정됩니다.

계약 후 : 결제 완료일로부터 1일 이내 위약금 없이 변경 및 취소 가능  

제작 착수 후 : 옵션 변경 불가  

제작 중 철회 요청 시 : 위약금 50%  

제작 완료 이후 : 교환 및 환불 불가, 일부 제품에 한해 사이즈 수선 가능  

다음의 경우에는 관련 법령에 따라 처리됩니다.

제품의 하자 또는 표시·정보와 상이한 경우, 계약 내용과 다르게 제작된 경우  

수령일로부터 3개월 이내 또는 하자를 인지한 날로부터 30일 이내 청약철회 및 교환·환불이 가능합니다.

② In Stock · Edition

주문 제작 제품을 제외한 일반 판매 제품은 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내, 미착용 상태에 한해 교환 및 반품이 가능합니다. 왕복 배송비는 소비자 부담으로 진행되며, 제품 및 모든 구성품이 온전한 상태로 반환되어야 합니다. 보관 또는 취급 부주의로 인한 손상이 있는 경우, 사용 흔적이 있는 경우 교환 및 환불이 제한됩니다.

Cancellation Policy

① Order Made · Edition

For order-made items, modifications or cancellations without penalty are possible within one day of payment, provided that production has not yet begun. In accordance with Article 17 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, cancellation is permitted before the production process has started, and any payments made will be fully refunded. However, once production of the customized item has begun, cancellation may be restricted in accordance with Article 17, Clause 2, Item 5 of the same Act. If a cancellation request is made after production has started, a refund will be issued after deducting actual costs already incurred, including raw materials and processing expenses. The refund amount will be calculated based on the total payment made by the customer.

The following cases will be handled in accordance with applicable law

: If the product has a defect, differs from the description or information provided, or has been produced differently from the agreed specifications. In such cases, cancellation, exchange, or refund is possible within three months of receipt, or within thirty days from the date the defect is discovered.

For regular products excluding order-made items, exchange or return is possible within seven days of delivery, provided the item remains unworn and unused. Round-trip shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be returned with all original components in their original condition. Products showing signs of use or damage caused by improper storage or handling may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

We create jewellery using enduring materials such as gold, sterling silver, and diamonds—pieces meant to accompany everyday life and quietly become part of one's routine over time. Our approach is rooted in calmness and restraint. Quiet forms, refined surfaces, and balanced proportions allow the material itself to speak. Gold and silver carry warmth and weight. Diamonds hold clarity and light. Together, they form objects designed to be worn for years, gradually developing their own character with the wearer.

Many of our pieces are designed to remain close to the body—rings and bands intended to be worn continuously and become part of daily life. Each piece is produced in collaboration with skilled artisans in Seoul, whose experience in traditional goldsmith techniques forms the foundation of our work. From metal forming and stone setting to engraving and finishing, every step is carried out with careful attention to proportion, balance, and surface. Rather than relying on industrial processes, we focus on techniques that preserve the character of the material and the precision of the craft. This approach allows each piece to retain a quiet sense of individuality while maintaining a consistent level of refinement.

사이즈 측정 안내

링 사이즈는 착용하실 손가락 둘레에 맞춰 측정해 주세요. 시간대와 컨디션에 따라 붓기 등으로 차이가 발생할 수 있습니다. 아침/저녁 여러 번 측정 후 평균값을 기준으로 선택하시는 것을 권장드립니다. 속파인(내부 공간이 있는) 링은 구조상 정사이즈 착용 시 다소 크게 느껴질 수 있습니다. 기본적으로는 정사이즈를 권장드리며, 마디가 있거나 손가락이 얇아 보다 타이트한 착용을 원하실 경우 반호–1호 다운을 고려해 주세요. (속파인 반지: ORA S&M&L / LAYER BOLD & SHARP / DOME BOLD & SHARP) 사이즈 기준은 개인에 따라(딱 맞게/여유 있게) 다를 수 있습니다. 가장 정확한 방법은 KS 신규격 링 게이지로 직접 측정하는 것입니다.

Engraving Service

Love of the Bush의 각인 메시지는, 나만의 결에 맞춘 주얼리로 의미를 담아 오래 간직할 수 있도록 제공되는 옵션입니다. 각인 서체는 로고와 동일한 서체 1종으로 진행됩니다. (각인 옵션은 추가 비용 결제 후, 해당 주문 건에 한해 적용됩니다.)

Sizing Notes

We recommend measuring the circumference of the finger you intend to wear the ring on. Fit may vary slightly depending on time of day and natural swelling. For greater accuracy, measure more than once (morning and evening) and use the average. For comfort-fit rings (rings with inner space), the fit may feel slightly looser even in the correct size. We generally recommend choosing your true size. If you prefer a more secure fit—especially if your knuckle is wider or your finger is slim—consider sizing down by 0.5–1 size, depending on the design. (Comfort-fit rings: ORA S&M&L / FOL / LAYER BOLD & SHARP / DOME BOLD & SHARP) Fit preference varies from person to person (snug vs. relaxed). The most accurate method is to measure using an official KS ring gauge.

Engraving Service

Our engraving service allows you to add a personal message—an understated detail designed to be worn and kept over time. Engraving is offered in one typeface, matching our logo. (Engraving is available as a paid add-on and applies to the specific order.)

① Order Made · Edition

모든 주문 제작 제품의 경우 금속의 함량, 사이즈, 각인 및 기타 옵션에 따라 작업이 개별 진행됩니다. 이 경우 제작이 진행 또는 완료된 이후 단순 변심에 의한 취소 및 환불이 어렵습니다. 받아보신 제품의 호수 수정의 경우 제품이 파손되지 않는 선에서 가능한 일부 반지 제품에 한해, 최초 1회에 한하여 ±1호 내외의 사이즈 조정이 가능합니다. 이 경우 새 제품 교환이 아닌 기존 제품을 직접 수선하는 방식으로 진행됩니다. 사이즈 조정 가능 여부는 제품 디자인 및 구조에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다. 

② In Stock · Edition 

사이즈에 구애받지 않는 제품군에 해당합니다. 해당 카테고리의 경우 한정 수량으로 제작되며 재고 소진 시 추가적인 제작기간이 소요될 수 있습니다. 옵션 외 디자인, 크기 변경은 불가하며 주얼리 특성상 스크래치 및 흠집에 예민하므로 취급 부주의로 인한 손상이 있는 경우, 사용 흔적이 있는 경우 교환 및 환불이 제한됩니다.

③ 공통 사항

제품에 표시되어 있는 제품 특성 및 취급 주의사항을 사용 전 반드시 확인해 주세요. 구매일로부터 1년 이내의 제품 자체 결함 및 이상인 경우 보상은 무상수선을 우선으로 하며, 수선 불가능 시 새 제품 교환/환불로 진행됩니다. 사용상의 제품 손상이 발생한 경우 품질보증에 상관없이 유상수선이 진행되며, 사용자의 취급 부주의 또는 품질 보증 기간이 만료된 제품은 수선이 어려울 수 있습니다. 개인 체질에 따른 알레르기 반응은 책임지지 않습니다. 금속 및 자연소재(가죽, 나무, 원석, 패브릭 등)의 경우 동일하지 않은 상태를 지닐 수 있으며 제품마다 다를 수 있습니다. 기계나 공장이 아닌 모든 공정 수작업으로 진행되기 때문에 발생할 수 있는 크라프트 제작 특성을 안내드리며, 이와 관련된 부분은 정상 제품입니다. 

(1)호수 및 형태 제작을 위해 금속을 이어 붙이거나 갈아내는 과정에서 생기는 원형의 완벽하지 않은 곡률 
(2)금속을 녹여 몰드에 부어내는 과정에서 생기는 기포(홈), 구멍 
(3)도구가 닿지 않는 곡선 사이의 스크래치 
(4)광약 유약(검은색) 남음 
(5)동일한 제품이라도 제품 제작에 따라 완전히 같지 않음

Warranty & Conditions

① Order Made · Edition

Each order-made piece is individually produced according to the selected metal composition, size, engraving, and other customization options. Once production has begun or the piece has been completed, cancellations or refunds due to change of mind cannot be accepted. For certain ring designs, a size adjustment may be available after delivery provided the structure of the piece allows modification without damage. Size adjustment is limited to one time only within approximately ±1 size, and will be carried out by resizing the original piece rather than replacing it with a new product. The availability of resizing may vary depending on the design and structural characteristics of the jewellery.

② In Stock · Edition

This category includes pieces that are not dependent on size selection. These items are produced in limited quantities. If stock is depleted, additional production time may be required. Changes to design or dimensions beyond the available options are not possible. Due to the delicate nature of jewellery, pieces showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused by improper handling may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

③ General Conditions

Please review the product characteristics and handling guidelines provided with the product before use. If a manufacturing defect or functional issue is identified within one year from the date of purchase, complimentary repair will be provided as a priority. If repair is not possible, the product may be replaced or refunded. Damage resulting from normal use may be subject to paid repair regardless of the warranty period. Products showing signs of misuse or those exceeding the warranty period may not be eligible for repair. Allergic reactions caused by individual sensitivities are not the responsibility of the brand. Due to the nature of metals and natural materials (including leather, wood, gemstones, and fabric), slight variations may occur from piece to piece. As each item is produced through handcraft processes rather than industrial manufacturing, the following characteristics may naturally occur and are not considered defects:

(1) Slight variations in curvature created during metal joining or shaping for ring sizing and form
(2) Small air bubbles or surface pits formed during the casting process
(3) Minor tool marks in areas difficult to reach during finishing
(4) Residual polishing compound or dark oxidation marks in recessed areas
(5) Subtle differences in shape or surface detail between pieces of the same design
